Delicious RAW orange Salad Dressing

Into a strong blender drop
3 peeled whole oranges
1/4 cup olive oil or milder natural oil
1/3 - 1/2 c fresh pineapple
touch of Celtic salt
1/4 - 1/2 c water or thin to desired consistency
small amount of stevia to taste
1 T or so of young coconut pulp (optional)

Blend on high till smooth and pour over a spinach, red pepper and papaya salad. Yum. What a way to celebrate the arrival of spring and summer weather. Raw food dressings are so easy to make up on your own. If you have a great one, would you share it with us all? We would love to hear it! I'll make it, photograph it and post it and give you the credit! (unless you already have a picture, then I'll let you send me your picture)

Hi Janet,

I came across your blog yesterday and I love it! You seem to have knowledge in areas that I am just beginning to have an interest in, and just a whole lot of other valuable information. If you don't mind, I'm going to post a link on my site so I can access yours easier and share with my friends too. Thank you and may God continue to bless you and your family.

Welcome, Darnell! I've not been blogging as much lately due to the demands of having a student driver in the house now. (Another 1 hour and a half spent out of the house doing worth but time consuming duties.) Please send your site address so I can peruse and link to your posts now and then. Janet

Janet, my site address is: http://www.darnellw.blogspot.com
I noticed you weren't blogging regularly, but you have plenty of old information that is worthwhile. I just popped onto your site because I wanted to get to the information about not spending money we don't have (so I can blog about it). My boys (ages 11 & 10) and I got a laugh from watching the YouTube video with Steve Martin, and often refer to it when they ask me to buy them something I can not afford.

Also, I'm surprised that there's not more comments to your posts. I think they're great! Have a blessed Father's Day weekend.
